We’re on a roll here at YellowDog: after two award wins already this year, we have been chosen as a finalist for the Business Leader Awards in the category of Innovation & Technology!
It’s such a pleasure to be recognised for our dedication to transforming cloud computing for our customers, and our inclusion for this award just goes to show how that hard work is becoming recognised amongst the industry experts in the South West.
Our founder Gareth Williams is pleased as punch about the nomination: “We’re super-pleased to be picked as a finalist in the Innovation & Technology Category of the Business Leader Awards 2017. Good luck to the other nominees!”
Speaking of the other nominees – who are the competition? GripIt, a company who has redesigned and revolutionised wall hangings on plasterboard; Invatech Health, a tech company who create innovative solutions for healthcare; and Zinter, a 3D printing company with a difference. We’re faced with stiff opposition, but it’s great to see such vibrant and pioneering technology right here in the South West.
A team of fourteen expert judges visited each and every nominee over a period of five weeks to ensure that absolutely and only the best were included as finalists. Companies large, small, and everything in between were nominated across the region, demonstrating the breadth of talent that dwells here, and we cannot wait to attend the Awards on September 28th at Ashton Gate Stadium.
But until then, we’ll have to wait and see if our awards cabinet needs extending! If you can’t wait until then to learn more about us, then you can while away the hours exploring our blog: read our intern’s thoughts on the internship paradox, watch a quick and easy tutorial showing you how to add years to animation, and discover why we do what we do from the results of our summer survey
