YellowDog Nominated For A SPARKies Award

31.05.2017

We’ve been such a good dog that we’ve been nominated for a SPARKies Award! Our tail is wagging so much that we can barely sit down, and we’re so thrilled to have the chance to win.

Along with 15 other outstanding start-ups and small business across the South West, we at YellowDog have been recognised for our outstanding innovations in rendering and 3D services. One of our fans stated in their nomination:

“This could be a truly impactful innovation, it’s perfect for the data intensive phase we’re entering and I believe the company could become a beacon for the SW tech scene.”

It’s an honour to be included amongst so many impressive tech companies and start-ups, including Ultraleap, the VR experience that creates tactile buttons, switches, and shapes; Rocketmakers, a Bath incubator and software development team; and Mayden, a software academy that teaches people new digital skills.

The SPARKies celebrates the tech community of the South West, including Bristol and Bath, and this year Laura Lexx – the local actress, comedian, and writer – will be presenting them. This is the third year that the SPARKies have highlighted the incredible innovations of the technology scene, and there are bound to be a few surprises on the night!

The final winner will not be chosen until the night of the SPARKies itself on Thursday 29 June at the Bath Komedia. Make sure that you vote for us to win a SPARKy, and put animators in the spotlight!
