Ceiswyn was first introduced to computers at the age of ten, via a tape-drive Amstrad. After spending years torn between her technical side and her love of creative pursuits, she finally combined both into a career in technical writing.
She specialises in working for start-ups and scale-ups, and in over fifteen years in the field she has turned her hand to everything from writing automated test scripts to recording product demos. Ceiswyn loves the challenge of making complex concepts comprehensible, and she is never happier than when learning an entirely new skill to meet an impossible deadline.
