Custom environmental variables are supported by YellowDog, but are not exported with scenes as standard. To include them in your cloud projects follow the simple steps below.

To collate the files:

Step 1:  Close and exit YellowDog Application.

Step 2: Navigate to “C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\maya\plugins\ YellowDog\res\config.xml” and open.

Step 2: Type in “<config name=”exported_enviornment_variables”>MY_ VARAIBLE_1,MY_VARIABLE_2 </config>”, including all required variables, at the end of the root config element. As shown below.

Step 3: Save and reopen YellowDog.
