YellowDog for Financial Services at Finovate

YellowDog’s founder, Gareth Williams, revealed a world-first look at YellowDog On Premise technology at Finovate Europe 2018, taking to the stage to reveal how YellowDog accelerates big batch processes by securely harnessing the underutilised servers within an organisation and then using them for those workloads.

At Finovate Europe 2018, carefully selected and vetted leading technology companies share their innovations and new product developments to an audience made up of the senior innovation leaders and decision makers in the finance industry.

It was a manic few days at ExCel London, with countless new connections made and hundreds of people attending. Gareth Williams revealed: “Wow, what an experience. To have the opportunity to stand up on stage in front of so many people, to demonstrate the product that the team have worked so hard to deliver, and then get some amazing feedback afterwards, was wonderful. We are so excited to launch YellowDog for Financial Services to help their people do more, explore more, innovate more; unleased from their limited computing power.”

Other leading demos that were revealed at Finovate Europe 2018 were CREALOGIX who shared their open architecture for open banking, W.UP which enables banks to ‘go digital’ within three months, and Meniga who is working to better customer engagement through personalised digital banking.
